Sarah Sage

I’m a Senior Product & UX Designer with a background spanning startups, global platforms, and new IP creation. My work lives at the intersection of human connection, behavioral psychology, and design systems where meaningful experiences are built through empathy and clarity.

At Twitch (Amazon), I led the design of high-impact features including Twitch Charity, Creator Goals, and the Mobile Commerce redesign, initiatives that collectively drove over $100M in annual revenue and empowered millions of creators to connect with their audiences in new ways. My work has been featured in The Verge and TechCrunch, and presented on the TwitchCon keynote stage.

Earlier in my career, I co-developed multiple new intellectual properties at Know Yourself, blending research, illustration, and education to make psychology accessible to children. This cross-disciplinary foundation continues to inform how I approach problem spaces, bridging data and emotion, systems and storytelling.

I thrive in collaborative, ambiguous environments where design leads discovery. My process is rooted in research, anthropology, and a fascination with what drives human behavior. Whether I’m defining product strategy, mapping user journeys, or guiding visual direction, my goal is always the same: to make technology feel a little more human.

Outside of design, I teach yoga, travel often, and illustrate stories that explore connection, culture, and consciousness.
